As a physical therapist, coach, and enthusiast for all things fitness, Dr. Chris Boudreau aims to bridge the gap between rehabilitative therapy and fitness. His passion to help people is driven by a “fitness forward” approach in which anyone, including athletes or daily go-getters, can actively take charge of their own recovery. This tailored approach, he believes, allows athletes to continue an active, pain-free lifestyle.
From a young age, Dr. Boudreau has helped teach others how to use movement and exercise as a treatment for injury prevention and recovery. As a scholar, he began coaching CrossFit in 2018 while studying to receive a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from USF, and later to receive a doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern. After gaining a passion for weightlifting and a strong background in resistance training, he received a USAW-L1 certification to use olympic weightlifting as a tool for athletes aiming to boost performance.
Dr. Boudreau strives to continue developing his knowledge of physical therapy by researching advancing methods of manual therapy, injury prevention, and the use of resistance training in rehab to teach and to provide the best possible care for his patients.
