Our physical therapy services begin with a thorough initial evaluation, where we take the time to understand your injury, training demands, movement mechanics, and goals. From there, follow-up sessions focus on targeted treatment, corrective exercise, and progressive loading to help you move better, recover faster, and return to the activities you love. Every session is one-on-one and tailored to the athlete or active individual in front of us, ensuring you’re not just getting out of pain—but rebuilding strength, confidence, and long-term resilience.
Recovery
We offer two focused recovery sessions to meet your needs. Dry needling is booked as its own dedicated visit to target pain, trigger points, and deep muscle tension. Cupping and scraping are provided together in a separate soft tissue session to improve circulation, reduce tightness, and restore mobility. Red light therapy can be added to either visit to enhance healing, decrease inflammation, and speed tissue recovery. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we assess your body’s unique needs and combine techniques to reduce pain, improve mobility, and speed up tissue healing. Whether you’re dealing with muscle tension, overuse, or training fatigue, our hands-on, performance-driven approach restores function and gets you back to doing what you love.
